Processing and Delivery Times
The average processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to follow your delivery online. The average delivery time is 3 to 8 days, depending on the logistics process.
We work directly with our suppliers, which may result in slightly longer delivery times in some cases. This allows us to reduce costs and offer you the best possible prices without compromising on quality. Deliveries are handled by YunExpress in partnership with local last-mile carriers.
Delivery in Case of Absence or Collection at a Pickup Point
Once a parcel has been successfully delivered to the specified address or pickup point, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If the parcel is not accepted or collected from the pickup point, it will automatically be returned to the supplier. In this case, additional return costs of €25 may be deducted from the refund amount.
